This handbuilding ceramics workshop will be a playful and creative learning space grounded in exploring one of the most tactile and versatile art mediums - clay. 

We will learn the fundamental handbuilding technique - a pinch pot. It allows you to create a variety of shapes such as cups, bowls, plates, candle holders, and sculptures.

Participants can create as many ceramic pieces as they like within a 2 hours frame.

No previous experience is needed. All materials are included.

The artwork will be ready within 3-4 weeks after the workshop and can be picked up in Artemis Shoppe during work hours.

For out of town guests a shipping option can be offered for an additional fee of the USPS services.

Hello and welcome! My name is Anna Shipulina. I am a creator, small business owner, wife, and a homeschooling mom.

My journey into ceramics started 2 years ago after I took a class in a local community studio together with my son. 

From the moment I entered the studio and sat at the wheel I fell in love with clay and started my creative path in ceramics.

My work is mostly minimal with simple lines and a limited color palette inspired by nature. A lot of my objects are unglazed to show the beauty and texture of raw clay. 

My wish is to share my passion for ceramics with others! It can be a new skill you want to learn, a self care time, or a creative outlet.
